OnTheClock ("we," "us," or "our") operates the OnTheClock mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
User-Generated Content: We store content you create within the App, including mock drafts, contest entries, game scores and results, friend connections, and leaderboard data.
Local Storage: We store certain preferences and data locally on your device using AsyncStorage, including your selected theme (dark or light mode), daily game progress and streak data, and onboarding state.
Information We Do NOT Collect: We do not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts or address book, photos, camera, or microphone data, health or fitness data, or financial or payment information.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the App, enable core features such as mock drafts, contests, daily games, and leaderboards, authenticate your account and maintain your session, display your chosen display name on leaderboards, contests, and friend lists, and save your game progress and preferences.
Supabase: We use Supabase for user authentication and database storage. Your account information and user-generated content are stored on Supabase's servers. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.
Google AdMob: The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. You can learn more about Google's data practices at policies.google.com/privacy. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name and email address. We do not access any other Google account data.
ESPN: We use publicly available ESPN URLs to display prospect headshot images within the App. No personal data is shared with ESPN.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your display name is visible to other users on leaderboards, within contests, and through friend connections. We may share information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including the use of HTTPS for all data transmission and Supabase's built-in security features for data storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct any inaccurate information, delete your account and associated data, and opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnTheClock mobile application (the "App") operated by OnTheClock ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
OnTheClock is a mobile application for NFL and NBA draft enthusiasts. The App provides mock draft creation tools, scored draft contests, daily draft trivia and prediction games, prospect research and comparison tools, friend connections and leaderboards.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create within the App, including mock drafts and contest entries. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the App, including on leaderboards, in contests, and in connection with app features. You agree not to submit content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
Contests within the App are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute gambling. There are no real money prizes or wagers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time, for any reason.
The App's content, design, branding, and code are owned by OnTheClock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. NFL and NBA team names and logos are referenced for informational and entertainment purposes. Prospect data is sourced from publicly available information.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, use automated tools or scripts to scrape data from the App, impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity, manipulate leaderboards, scores, or game results, harass, abuse, or threaten other users, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App contains third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob. Your interaction with advertisements is governed by the applicable third-party advertiser's terms and privacy policies.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OnTheClock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, or any of their member teams. All draft data and predictions within the App are for entertainment purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnTheClock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in draft-related content.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App or other users.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
